Terms & Conditions
The terms you agree to when you use this website or engage POSH-INTENT for content work.
01Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and POSH-INTENT. By using this website you accept them. If you engage us for work they apply alongside the written proposal or statement of work for that project — and where the two conflict, the signed proposal wins.

02What we provide
POSH-INTENT provides content strategy, scripting, video editing, short-form and long-form production, and social media management, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Anything on this website is an invitation to discuss work, not a binding offer. A project begins only once we have agreed a written scope and you have paid any deposit stated in it.
03Quotes, payment and taxes
- Prices shown on the Pricing page are indicative starting points. The price for your project is the one in your written proposal.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is payable before work starts and the balance before final files are released.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payment may pause work and, after 30 days, may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the overdue amount.
- Prices exclude GST and any other tax, which is added where applicable. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are yours.
04Revisions and scope
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. A revision is a consolidated set of changes within the agreed brief. New requirements, a changed brief, extra platforms, added runtime or re-shoots are new scope and are quoted separately.
If you do not respond to a deliverable within 14 days we may treat it as accepted so that the project can be closed.
05What you must give us
You confirm that any footage, images, music, logos, names, testimonials or other material you send us is either yours or properly licensed for the use you are asking us to make of it, and that you hold any consent needed from people who appear in it. You indemnify us against claims arising from material you supplied. We may refuse or remove material we reasonably believe infringes someone’s rights or breaks a platform’s rules.
Projects depend on you supplying assets, approvals and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date by at least the same amount.
06Who owns the work
- Final deliverables — ownership transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Until then we retain all rights.
- Project files — editable project files, timelines and unused footage remain ours unless your proposal says otherwise. They can be licensed separately.
- Our background material — frameworks, templates, presets and know-how we bring with us remain ours. You receive a licence to use them within your deliverables, not on their own.
- Third-party assets — stock footage, music and fonts remain governed by their own licences, which we pass on to you.
- Portfolio use — we may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Confidential or unreleased work is never shown before its public launch.
07Website content and our IP
The text, design, code, logo and videos on this website belong to POSH-INTENT or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or reuse its text or design for a competing service, or present our work as your own.
08Results are not guaranteed
Content performance depends on your product, your market, your posting consistency, and on platform algorithms that none of us control. Any figure, case study or client result shown on this site describes a specific past engagement. It is not a promise, a projection, or a typical result, and we do not guarantee that you will achieve anything similar. What we commit to is the craft and the process described in your proposal — not a view count.
09Cancellation
Either of us may end a project in writing. What happens to money already paid is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability for any project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or any indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for the acts of social platforms, including reach, takedowns, suspensions or algorithm changes.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project. This obligation survives the end of the engagement by 3 years.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [ADD: your district, e.g. Dehradun], Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when your proposal was signed. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
